Binding and pages are complete and intact, with intermittent spots of foxing/discoloration throughout. Rubbing and bumping to edges. Bookplate, notes, and sale records from previous owner(s) on the pastedown and front free endpaper. Penciled notes present on the back free endpaper. Both endpapers notably browned. Previous owner has taken the liberty of penciling in editorial notes on a few select pages, namely 30-43, 187-197, and 290. Overall a good copy of a scarce edition, and a lovely start for a collection.
